COMPLAINTS
Summary of the Complaint Handling Procedure:
CDS Capital takes client concerns seriously. When a client has concerns or questions regarding their account, they should promptly contact their representative. Representatives strive to offer a high level of service to their clients and will work in collaboration with them and CDS Capital to address their concerns. For clients who remain unsatisfied, CDS Capital has adopted procedures to fairly and promptly handle verbal and written complaints it receives from its clients. This document is a summary of these procedures, which is provided to new clients and clients who file a complaint. The person responsible for complaints is Charles Stone.

Client Complaint Information Form.
We also provide new clients and clients who submit a complaint with a document entitled Client Complaint Information Form, which contains general information about the various ways to file a complaint.

Complaint Handling Procedures.
We acknowledge receipt of complaints as soon as possible, generally within five business days. This summary and the Client Complaint Information Form will be attached to our acknowledgment of receipt. We review all complaints fairly, taking into account all relevant statements and documents obtained from the client, our records, the representative, other individuals in our company, and any other relevant source.

When our review is complete, we send a response to the clients, which will be delivered in writing. Our response may contain a settlement offer, a rejection of the complaint with supporting reasons, or another appropriate response. Our response will summarize the complaint, state the results of our investigation, and remind the client of the option to contact the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI). Our response will generally be sent to clients within 90 calendar days unless we are awaiting additional information from them or if the case is novel or highly complex. We will respond to communications sent by clients after the date of our response as necessary to implement the resolution or address any new questions or information they provide.
